Karen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in paralegal studies. Karen has focused her legal career as an estate paralegal with over twenty years experience. She lives in beautiful Bucks County with her husband, son and two dogs. Karen enjoys time with family and friends, gardening, biking, kayaking, reading and cooking.
Karen is a graduate of Bucks County Community College (AA 1976) and received her Paralegal Certificate from Pennsylvania State University in 1984; she was the Secretary for the Warrington Township Planning Commission 1984-1988; she completed the Pa. Land Title Institute Fundamentals of Pa. Real Estate and Land Title Insurance Practice in 1994 and has been a Title Officer for Duffy North Abstract, Inc. since 1994. Karen and her husband have lived in Warrington since 1981 and are the proud parents of two daughters. Karen enjoys bowling, skiing and spending time at the beach.
Sandy graduated from Cedarville College with an Associate of Arts degree in secretarial studies with an emphasis in legal terminology. She has worked at Duffy Northas a legal assistant since graduating college in 1991 and has been a resident of Warminster her entire life. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter and playing the piano.
Megan graduated from Arcadia University and received her paralegal certificate from Manor College. She has worked at Duffy North since 2017 with a focus on estate administration. Megan lives in Oreland with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
