We are sending all of our best wishes and prayers to everyone during this challenging time. We want you to know that we are here to serve you, and willing to do so in a variety of ways. Given how quickly the novel coronavirus is spreading and the need for containment so that the health industry can provide any needed care, we have, for the time being, instituted the following procedures and protocols.
1) The office is currently open by appointment only. If you have a need to come in, please call ahead @ 215-675-7300 so that we can discuss your needs.
2) We will be using the mail and email as much as possible to send things to our clients that require their signature.
3) For clients who want to come and pick things up, please call us and we can set up a procedure for you to do so.
4) We are setting up conferencing capabilities for those clients that require a meeting but don’t need to be here in person.
At this time, we are asking that you please not come into the office if:
a) You have traveled to Asia or Europe since February 1, 2020;
b) You have a fever or persistent cough or you have tested positive for coronavirus or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus; and/or
c) You are not feeling well. If any of the above applies to you, and you have an appointment in the next 30 days, please give the office a call @ 215-675-7300 so that we can reschedule your appointment either to a later date or to a video conference.
We are committed to your health and well-being and are taking these precautions to protect our clients and staff. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to continuing to serve everyone. Since this situation is constantly changing, we will continue to monitor the guidance and adjust accordingly.
